What should take place in the Queer Space?

The Queer Space is a place for queer groups and initiatives. Non-profit events should take place. There should be no private rentals.

The space offers room for 83 people.

There will be a café – as an open meeting place, but also suitable for groups – with fixed opening hours. These are (until the end of the year)

Saturday 3-8 p.m.

Sunday 3-8 p.m.

Monday 3-8 p.m.


How do room requests work?

There will be a digital booking and request form (date, period, technology,…) via our homepage. The decisions for room allocation are made in the monthly Community Meetup.

However, the board can suspend decisions and thus stop them in order to resubmit them to the next Meetup.

Once the Meetup has approved the event, there will be a briefing process for queer groups who want to use the space for the first time.


We are currently collecting regular dates from existing groups in the queer network.

We will decide on the allocation of rooms on a monthly basis until the end of 2024. From January 2025, interested parties should send us their request two months in advance. Requests at shorter notice are subject to availability.
